## What it does

The skill matches a reported symptom to a checklist, such as IT Desk login, a tab that will not load, or SSO. It uses headless-360 to read org settings, record each check’s result and point to the Setup path for corrections. Login checks require the relevant app and end-user username; Agentforce troubleshooting needs the Employee Experience Site URL.

Checks are read-only by default. The report includes each status and the value read from the org, with remediation for failed checks. The only state-changing action is clearing the swarming OAuth token, and that requires explicit user confirmation. This skill is for diagnosing an attempted setup, not enabling the integration for the first time.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-debug -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/service-itsm-teams-debug/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/service-itsm-teams-debug/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-debug -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/service-itsm-teams-debug/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-debug -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/service-itsm-teams-debug/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install forcedotcom/sf-skills service-itsm-teams-debug
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/service-itsm-teams-debug/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-debug -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --path skills/service-itsm-teams-debug
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/service-itsm-teams-debug/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-debug -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- diagnose IT Desk or IT Service login failures
- find why a Teams feature is not showing
- investigate CI Hub or My Assets tabs that will not load
- check Teams SSO or Agentforce configuration
- troubleshoot Teams swarming

## Example prompts
- Check why this user cannot log in to IT Desk and show the settings to fix.
- Find out why the My Assets tab will not load in Teams.
- Check SSO for IT Service and report the results.

# Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams for Employee Service (ITSM)

When someone reports a **Microsoft Teams for Employee Service** failure — can't log in, a tab
won't load, the feature isn't showing, the Agentforce agent won't reply, swarming or SSO is
broken — this skill connects to the org, runs the **pass/fail checklist for that specific
problem**, and reports each setting's actual value plus the exact Setup path to fix any that are
wrong. It replaces "check every setting by hand" with a targeted, verified diagnosis.

Every read dispatches through **headless-360** (`dispatch_readonly` for queries, `dispatch` only
for the optional swarming-token clear). No org password is needed.

## Scope

- **In scope:** Diagnosing an already-attempted Teams ITSM setup that is failing. Routing the
  reported symptom to the right checklist and checking the exact settings it requires (CORS,
  External Client App, feature toggles, PSLs, profile session settings, auth provider, named
  credentials, messaging channel, Agentforce agent).
- **Out of scope:** First-time enablement (use `service-itsm-teams-configure` /
  `-itservice-configure` / `-itdesk-configure`), building the embedded agent from scratch (use
