## What it does

This skill acts as the conductor. It owns the sequence and hands each stage to a specialized child skill: enabling the Teams for Employee Service feature, registering the Microsoft Entra app, populating Named Credentials, configuring the IT Desk and IT Service checklists, turning on Swarming, and optionally embedding the Agentforce agent. It does not ask permission between stages. It halts only where a person has to act.

There are three halts. The first is the Azure/Entra app registration: Client ID and Tenant ID are fine to share in chat, while the Client Secret goes into a gitignored file through a copy-paste command with a leading `!`, and the skill reads it from there. The other two are the IT Desk and IT Service app installs from the Microsoft Marketplace, each waiting for an "installed" reply. One branch sits at the end: the embedded IT Service agent is pending work, so the skill asks whether to do it.

Within a stage it runs one operation at a time, because the child skills make real state-changing API calls and batching them in parallel is a bad idea. If you go quiet at a halt, it waits instead of inventing a value. You need Salesforce API access and rights to change org settings, so check those before you start.

## Requirements
- Works with: Salesforce

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-coordinate -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-coordinate -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-coordinate -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install forcedotcom/sf-skills service-itsm-teams-coordinate
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-coordinate -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --path skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-teams-coordinate -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills/tree/HEAD/skills/service-itsm-teams-coordinate/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- enable the Teams for Employee Service feature and confirm ITSMTeamsEnabled is true
- register the Microsoft Entra app and fill in Named Credentials
- configure the IT Desk checklist and assign the permission sets
- turn on Swarming and point it at Teams
- embed the Agentforce agent for IT Service

## Example prompts
- set up Microsoft Teams for ITSM end to end
- do the whole Teams ITSM setup
- walk me through the full Teams ITSM configuration

DO NOT TRIGGER when the user asks to enable Teams alone, configure just the IT Desk or IT Service checklist alone, or enable Swarming alone — delegate directly to the specific child skill in those cases."

# Microsoft Teams for ITSM — End-to-End Setup Autopilot

Drive the **complete** Microsoft Teams for Employee Service (ITSM) setup as one continuous flow.
Delegate each stage to its specialized child skill, but own the **sequence** yourself and keep
going through every stage **without stopping to ask permission between stages**. Halt only at the
points where a human genuinely must act — nowhere else.

## Goal

Take the user from nothing to a working Teams ITSM integration (IT Desk + IT Service, Swarming, and
— if they want it — the embedded Agentforce agent) in a single guided run. The child skills carry
the verified API detail; this skill is the conductor that runs them in order and manages the handoffs.

## Core operating rule — run continuously, halt only where required
