## What it does

This skill provisions employees under the Unified Employee License (UEL) in Salesforce. Working through the `headless-360` MCP server, it generates the full entity chain: a `User` under the Unified Employee profile, a Person `Account` with an auto-generated contact, and an `Employee2` record. It finishes by assigning the mandatory `EmployeeHubEmployeeUser` permission set.

All operations run sequentially using `mcp__headless-360__dispatch_readonly` for queries and `mcp__headless-360__dispatch` for record creation. The target org is derived directly from the OAuth JWT bound to the MCP session, so credentials or org aliases never enter the prompt. Running this flow requires active `ManageUsers`, `ManageProfilesPermissionsets`, `CustomizeApplication`, and `AssignPermissionSets` permissions.

Fulfiller permission sets such as Incident Fulfiller or Case Agent are explicitly excluded because UEL accounts serve requesters rather than fulfillers. If the target org lacks the UEL license or the HR module, requests stop immediately with HTTP 403 or 404 errors.

## Requirements
- Works with: Salesforce

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install forcedotcom/sf-skills service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --path skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-uel-user-create -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- provision a new Unified Employee License user in Salesforce
- link User, Person Account, and Employee2 records automatically
- assign the mandatory Employee Hub permission set
- verify the complete UEL entity chain in the target org

## Example prompts
- Create a new UEL user for jane.doe@company.uel.com and set up the Person Account
- Provision an employee under the Unified Employee license with title Engineer and department IT
- Onboard a new employee onto the Unified Employee profile and configure Employee2

# Create and Enable a Unified Employee (UEL) User

Provision an employee under the Unified Employee License (UEL) by creating and linking a `User`
on the Unified Employee license/profile, a Person `Account` (with an auto-generated `Contact`), and
