## What it does

The skill acts as a coordinator. It shows a menu of configurable features, handles each selection, and returns to the menu with updated progress after a feature completes. The menu covers Incident Preferences, persona PSG assignment, Priority Matrix, SLA and Milestones, incident dashboards, Email-to-Incident, Major Incident Management, Broadcast Communications, Manage Incidents with AI, Service Management Privilege and audit tracking.

The skill writes nothing itself. Each feature is delegated to a Setup Operation Recipe: it discovers the recipe, reads the current state, confirms the exact change through `AskUserQuestion`, writes, then reads back to verify. Every operation goes through the `headless-360` MCP server with the `discover`, `describe`, `dispatch` and `dispatch_readonly` tools. A feature is marked done only when the read-back shows the chosen state.

Before anything runs, IT Service Enablement and the Incident Management master switch must be on. If a recipe's own check reads anything but `ENABLED`, the skill goes back to step 2 and never runs the recipe's enable step. It needs `UserPermissions.CustomizeApplication` and `IncidentMgmt.orgHasITSMOrgPermission`, with API version 67.0 as the minimum. The skill does not trigger on the master switch alone, on Priority Matrix, SLA or field history tracking by themselves, on the Major Incident Manager PSG, on creating or editing PSGs, or on Problem, Change and Case Management.

## Requirements
- Works with: Salesforce

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install forcedotcom/sf-skills service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --path skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management -a opencode
```
