## What it does

The skill pulls the Agent Script out of the shipped ITSM Fulfiller template (`svc_itsm_intelligence__ITSrvcMgmtFulfiller`) and runs it through the Next-Gen Authoring pipeline: create the bundle with its first version, publish it, activate it. Everything goes through `sf api request rest` and `sf data query`; the legacy `/connect/service-itsm/createAgent` route is not touched. In Agentforce Studio the result shows up in the Agents list as a native agent, no external-link icon.

Response parsing lives in helper scripts invoked via `Bash`. `classify-preflight.mjs` decides whether Studio access and template provisioning are in place, `classify-agent-existence.mjs` reads the `BotDefinition` SOQL to tell whether the agent already exists, and `build-create-body.mjs` HTML-decodes the template's Agent Script, normalizes it for the org's enabled features, substitutes `config.developer_name` and `config.agent_label`, and writes the request body to a JSON file so long content never lands in an inline shell string.

Before you run it you need an authenticated `sf` against the target org, API v67.0 or higher, `node` 18+, and the Fulfiller template provisioned. If `agent-templates` comes back empty or the routes 404, the skill points you at `service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-validate` first. Running it twice under the same developer name will not duplicate anything: an active latest version means the work is skipped, an inactive one gets a reactivation offer.

## Requirements
- Works with: Salesforce

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install forcedotcom/sf-skills service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --path skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- create the IT Service Fulfiller agent from the template without hand-building it in Studio
- publish and activate the agent, then confirm it is live via SOQL
- avoid duplicate agents when the same developer name is used again
- inject your own developer name and agent label into the template's Agent Script
- reactivate the agent when its latest version is inactive

## Example prompts
- create the Fulfiller agent from the ITSM template
- check whether an agent with this developer name exists and activate it
- build the NGA bundle from the template's Agent Script and publish it
