## What it does

The skill provisions and activates Next-Gen Authoring native IT Service Employee agents using the Salesforce CLI (`sf`). Instead of calling the legacy createAgent route, it reads the Agent Script from an ITSM template and pushes it through the NGA bundle pipeline. Each run is idempotent per developer name.

By default, the skill targets the broad IT Service Employee template. When you name a specialization like Onboarding or Hardware Request, it picks the matching template under the `svc_emp_intelligence__` namespace. Helper Node.js scripts handle JSON parsing and construct request payloads safely.

Execution requires Node.js 18 or newer, `sf` CLI 2.0.0 or higher, and Salesforce API version 67.0+. Without the Agentforce license and configured Studio access, the tool stops immediately. It never changes org-level feature toggles automatically.
