## What it does

This skill generates infographics for secondary images on Amazon, Taobao detail screens and ads. You provide a product photo and verified claims; the skill builds a layout from the image, icons, text and background while preserving your logo and copy exactly as written.

Four layout templates are available: Hero + 3 Rows (product on left, headline and three icon-led feature rows on right), Callouts (product centred with three to four labels and lines pointing to parts), Comparison (your product vs ordinary side-by-side with checkmarks and crosses, no competitor names), and Number Hero (one large figure like "24H" or "1200 mAh", product, one-line explanation). For text accuracy, the skill uses the Sunburst model to render the final graphic instead of the faster Flare.

The skill requires either a built-in image generation tool in your agent (present in Claude Code and Cursor), an `GPTIMAGE_API_KEY` environment variable to run the bundled `generate.py` script, or a browser link. Output sizes match platforms: 2000×2000 for Amazon, 800×800 for Taobao, 1:1 or 4:5 for ads. Core rule: no invented specs, only facts visible in photos and claims the user can verify.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills --skill selling-point-infographic -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/selling-point-infographic/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/selling-point-infographic/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills --skill selling-point-infographic -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/selling-point-infographic/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills --skill selling-point-infographic -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/selling-point-infographic/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills selling-point-infographic
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/selling-point-infographic/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills --skill selling-point-infographic -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills --path skills/selling-point-infographic
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/selling-point-infographic/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills --skill selling-point-infographic -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- build a product infographic from a photo and feature list
- design secondary images for Amazon or Taobao with one benefit per slide
- create a side-by-side comparison of your product against an alternative
- make a large number (capacity, runtime, memory) the hero element of a graphic

## Example prompts
- Design an Amazon secondary image: product on right, three feature rows on left with icons, headline 'Flexible Coil', 4.5:1 contrast, 2000×2000.
- Build a comparison: left side gradient background (blue to purple), right side ordinary product, three rows with checkmarks vs crosses, sans-serif type.
- Create a number hero: '48H' large and centred, battery photo on left, one line below 'Up to three days of runtime'.

# Selling-Point Infographic · 卖点信息图

Turns verified product facts into scroll-stopping feature graphics that are readable on a phone.

> Part of [ecommerce-image-skills](https://github.com/xianyu110/ecommerce-image-skills). Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and any agent that loads `SKILL.md`. Default model: GPT Image 2.5 **Sunburst**.

## Step 1 · Product identity lock (always first)

Before writing any prompt, study every reference photo and write a short **identity lock** for the product. Paste it verbatim into **every** prompt this skill produces, and never let a creative instruction override it.

```text
PRODUCT IDENTITY LOCK (do not change):
- Shape & proportions: <e.g. tall cylinder, rounded shoulders, 26 cm high, 7.5 cm wide>
- Colour & finish: <e.g. matte sage green #8FA58C body, natural bamboo lid>
- Logo & printed text: <exact spelling, font feel, position, colour — e.g. white "AURA" wordmark centred on upper body>
- Parts & details: <lid, loop, buttons, ports, seams, labels, accessories that are included>
- Must NOT appear: <accessories not in the box, extra logos, invented claims>
```

Rules:
- Only use facts visible in the photos or confirmed by the user. If something is unknown (size, capacity, material), ask or leave it out — never invent specs or certifications.
- If the user gave no photo, ask for one (front view at minimum). Text-only generation is allowed but say the result is a concept, not the real product.

## Step 2 · Pick the model

| Use **Flare** (`gpt-image-2.5-flare`, default) | Switch to **Sunburst** (`gpt-image-2.5-sunburst`) |
