## What it does

The skill maps five audio jobs on Scenario — speech, music, sound effects, dubbing and voice transforms — onto the right model. A quick-reference table lists deciding inputs for each: Eleven v3 for expressive speech and dialogue, Multilingual 2 for narration with a pinned language, Turbo 2.5 for fast or bulk speech, Music v2 and Music Advanced v2 for music, Sound Effects 2 for SFX and loops, Dubbing and Dubbing v2 for localization, plus Speech to Speech, Voice Changer and Voice Isolator for recordings.

Speaking models share one voice contract. `voiceId` takes a cloned ElevenLabs voice and always wins; `publicVoice` picks a preset and is ignored next to it; with neither set, the Adam preset is used. WAV output exists only on the TTS models, elsewhere it is MP3 or Opus. `seed` gives repeatability, except on Sound Effects 2, both Dubbing members and Voice Isolator. Price follows the content: `text` on TTS, `durationSeconds` on Music v2, `sections` on Advanced, `file` or `audio` on the dubbing and voice members, so long jobs are worth running through `dry_run` first.

The skill assumes an MCP connection to Scenario and leans on the sibling skills `scenario` and `scenario-audio`. If either is missing from your available skills, install it with `npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill <name>`. Without them some steps will not run.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill scenario-elevenlabs -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill scenario-elevenlabs -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill scenario-elevenlabs -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install scenario-labs/skills scenario-elevenlabs
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill scenario-elevenlabs -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/scenario-labs/skills --path skills/scenario-elevenlabs
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill scenario-elevenlabs -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/scenario-labs/skills/tree/HEAD/skills/scenario-elevenlabs/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- voice a script with inline emotion tags like [whispers] and [excited]
- generate an instrumental track from a single prompt at a set duration
- build a structured song out of labelled verses and choruses
- dub a video into another language while keeping names and brands intact
- strip noise from a recording or re-voice it with a different voice

## Example prompts
- Read this script with Eleven v3 and add [whispers] and [excited] tags
- Make a 60-second instrumental lo-fi track with no vocals
- Dub `trailer.mp4` into Spanish and keep the terms "Aetherfall" and "Kestrel Squad"

# Scenario ElevenLabs Audio

## Overview

ElevenLabs covers five audio lanes on Scenario: speech, music, sound effects, dubbing, and voice
transforms. Eleven members ship side by side at authoring time, one job each: the deciding move is
picking the right member, not coaxing one model into a mode. Discover them with `search` and treat
`model_schema_get` as the contract: the members agree on almost nothing.

Connection and the core loop: see the `scenario` skill in this repo; model-agnostic audio work: the
`scenario-audio` skill. If a sibling skill named here is missing from your available skills, ask the
user to install it (`npx skills add scenario-labs/skills --skill <name>`); unattended, proceed from
tool schemas and flag the gap.
