## What it does

The skill loads a structured SAP BTP reference into your agent's context: the account hierarchy of global account, directory and subaccount, entitlements and quotas, user management, security, connectivity, CI/CD and SAP extensions. It ships as a table of contents with sections and `btp` and `cf` CLI examples, from logging into Cloud Foundry to binding a service instance to an app.

All three runtime environments are covered: Cloud Foundry with its buildpacks and spaces, Kyma on Kubernetes with the istio, api-gateway and btp-operator modules, and ABAP Environment with RAP and CDS. Commercial models, regions, MTA deployment and destinations with Cloud Connector get their own sections.

The material follows SAP documentation and assumes you have a live BTP account plus the `btp` and `cf` CLIs installed, since the examples are meant to be run. For deeper work such as CAP development or Fiori deployment, the skill points to companion skills in the same collection.

## Requirements
- Works with: Kubernetes

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add secondsky/sap-skills --skill sap-btp-cloud-platform -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add secondsky/sap-skills --skill sap-btp-cloud-platform -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add secondsky/sap-skills --skill sap-btp-cloud-platform -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install secondsky/sap-skills sap-btp-cloud-platform
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add secondsky/sap-skills --skill sap-btp-cloud-platform -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/secondsky/sap-skills --path plugins/sap-btp-cloud-platform/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add secondsky/sap-skills --skill sap-btp-cloud-platform -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/secondsky/sap-skills/tree/HEAD/plugins/sap-btp-cloud-platform/skills/sap-btp-cloud-platform/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- map out global account, directory and subaccount relationships
- enable Cloud Foundry or Kyma in a fresh subaccount
- assign entitlements and quotas before deploying workloads
- build and push a multi-target application in one step
- wire a destination and Cloud Connector to an on-premise system

## Example prompts
- Explain the difference between a global account and a subaccount in SAP BTP
- How do I deploy an MTA application to Cloud Foundry with the cf CLI?
- Set up a destination and Cloud Connector for an on-premise system
