## What it does

The skill assembles internal material for a launch that sales has to carry. You get one battle card per named alternative (where you win, where they win, trap questions), a talk track derived from the PR-FAQ, an objection-handling table (objection → response → evidence), an internal FAQ with CS macros, and a launch announcement with embargo discipline.

It never originates a fact. Every line on a card and every response traces back to the message house, the claims ledger, or a named competitor source; anything without a source goes out as a candidate marked `[needs source]` for `offer-claims-registry` to adjudicate. Output lands in `memory/launch/sales-enablement-kit/`.

This is the internal layer only. The external message house and PR-FAQ belong to `message-house-builder`, competitor tracking to `competitor-tracker` and `competitor-analysis`, outbound sequences to `cold-outbound-sequencer`. If you need the public wording rather than team prep, this is the wrong skill. It runs keyless: data comes from project documents and memory.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill sales-enablement-kit -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/sales-enablement-kit/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/sales-enablement-kit/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill sales-enablement-kit -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/sales-enablement-kit/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill sales-enablement-kit -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/sales-enablement-kit/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**

gh skill install aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills sales-enablement-kit
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
## When to use it
- build battle cards against each named alternative
- prep the sales team for launch with one talk track
- map objections to responses and evidence
- write the internal FAQ and CS macros
- ship the internal launch announcement around the embargo
## Example prompts
- Build battle cards for [product] vs [alternative 1] and [alternative 2]. Message house: [paste or path].
- Prep my sales team for the [launch]: talk track + objection handling. PR-FAQ: [paste or path].
- Write the internal launch announcement + FAQ for [launch] — who says what, and what stays quiet until the embargo lifts.
