## What it does

The skill turns the agent into a sales compensation designer. Ask for a plan and you get a markdown document: results first, then recommended next steps. It covers base and variable split, accelerators and decelerators, quota retirement methods, SPIFs and cost of sales tracking.

It is a plain skill — a `SKILL.md` file the agent picks up, with no scripts or services behind it. Install it with `npx skills add` or `gh skill install`, depending on your platform. Nothing to configure afterwards.

The skill structures the plan; it does not pull numbers from your CRM or calculate payouts for you. Bring your own rates and quota figures. If you need actual commission math on closed deals, that is a different job.
