## What it does

This skill turns Claude into a sales enablement lead who writes a coaching plan for one specific rep. You name the weak spot, and the output is a document with milestones instead of a generic pep talk. The instructions inside push the agent to act like someone who has run enablement before.

The response format is fixed: a results section first, then recommendations and next steps. That layout is meant to be pasted straight into a report or a working doc. The skill asks the agent for concrete outputs, copy-paste templates and examples, plus a short note on why each recommendation matters.

Worth installing if you write development plans for reps by hand on a regular basis. There are no API keys and no external services involved — it is a plain `SKILL.md` file dropped into the skills folder.
