## What it does

The skill converts crate pages on docs.rs or standard library references on doc.rust-lang.org into local context files. Pass a crate name like axum or a module path like `std::sync`, and your agent extracts key traits and code samples.

Execution branches into two paths. When companion commands `/create-llms-for-skills` and `/create-skills-via-llms` are installed, it runs through them. Otherwise, it uses `agent-browser` or `WebFetch` to scrape HTML blocks, writing everything to `~/.claude/skills/`.

Target packages must exist on crates.io, because unverified documentation URLs cause immediate failures. Make sure `agent-browser` is configured if you run without companion helper commands.
