## What it does

The skill reads `Cargo.toml`, runs `cargo tree`, and formats the result with `├──` and `└──` characters. Tree depth defaults to 3 and can be changed with `--depth N`. Add `--features` to list the enabled feature flags next to each crate.

Three steps sit behind it: parse the manifest with `cargo metadata`, pull the full tree with `cargo tree`, then format. There is a category view that groups crates into runtime, serialization and development, plus an optional size bar chart. The skill uses `Bash`, `Read` and `Glob`, so run it from the directory that holds `Cargo.toml`.

No `cargo` binary, or the wrong working directory, and you get nothing back. For crate selection and workspace questions the author points to a separate skill, `m11-ecosystem`.
