## What it does

The skill fires once a learner has completed a milestone. It reviews what was actually done against the target outcomes, then looks for recurring blockers and weak concepts. From there it sorts what to reinforce now and what to defer.

You get a progress retrospective, an updated learning plan and a next milestone with a measurable checkpoint. The workflow leans on the Ask user tool, so it will ask you questions along the way. Keep your answers concrete or the review drifts into generalities.
