# ruflo-doctor

## What it does

One command does the work: `npx @claude-flow/cli@latest doctor --fix`. The skill is allowed to run only `Bash(npx *)`, so whatever the CLI cannot repair stays broken — no manual file surgery from the agent.

The report covers Node.js and npm versions, git, config validity, daemon status, the memory database, API keys, MCP servers, disk space and TypeScript. Some failures have their own command: `memory init --force` rebuilds the memory database, `daemon start` brings the daemon up, `config reset` puts the config back to a clean baseline.

The checks earn their keep once Ruflo is installed and misbehaving. Note that they expect Node.js 20+ and npm 9+, so an older setup will fail at the top of the report. And keep a copy of your config before running `--fix`: `config reset` will not preserve hand edits.
