## What it does

The skill builds a review-watching setup for Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce. It pulls products, platforms and goals from your message, asks one follow-up question in multiple-choice form — shorthand answers like "1b 2c 3a" work — then returns a plan with priorities.

Inside are frameworks for negative-review alerts and response templates, review velocity tracking with anomaly detection, a competitor review strategy, response practices per platform, and a compliance guide for review solicitation. Estimates built on incomplete data get marked with ⚠️.

Worth installing if you sell on several platforms at once: a spike on one of them is easy to miss without a single view. Install runs through `npx skills add nexscope-ai/eCommerce-Skills --skill review-monitoring -a claude-code`, and the skill file lands at `~/.claude/skills/review-monitoring/SKILL.md`.

## Install

```bash
npx skills add nexscope-ai/eCommerce-Skills --skill review-monitoring -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**

- catch a sharp rise in negative reviews within a day
- watch competitor reviews on Amazon and Etsy
- draft response templates that fit each platform's rules
- check platform rules before asking buyers for reviews

## Example prompts
- Set up review monitoring for my products. I sell on Amazon (3 ASINs) and Etsy (15 listings) and want to catch negative reviews within 24 hours.
- Build a competitor review monitoring strategy for Walmart and Shopify.
- Give me negative review response templates and sending rules for Amazon.
