## What it does

Operating this skill requires `cogny-mcp`. The tools pull performance records directly from email services like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, while cross-referencing sales in Shopify and Stripe. Without the Cogny MCP server configured, the agent cannot query metrics or create finding tickets.
