## What it does

This skill lays out a production path from the approved recording to the finished edit. It covers the project bible, scene checks, character audition, props, location plates, shot planning, reviewed stills, motion, and edit verification. When resumed, it starts at the first unfinished stage and keeps approval states for existing assets.

The workflow uses `BIBLE.md`, `audio/`, `audio/scribe.json`, a shot table, and HyperFrames composition and verification material. Timing work depends on an ElevenLabs Scribe transcript with word timestamps. Whisper is excluded from this workflow. If Scribe cannot be accessed, an approved matching transcript is required before timing-dependent production can continue.

The skill is available for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode. It reuses approved audio and ends with the asset unless publishing is requested separately.
