## What it does

This skill guides you through a 30-to-45-minute structured assessment of an AI concept. It maps out customer pain points through persona narratives, links them to quantifiable business targets, and frames the proposed tech as a testable bet. The template also incorporates PESTEL threat analysis and explicit positioning logic.

Attempting to use this without prior discovery will backfire. The workflow synthesizes existing findings; it cannot invent customer validation out of thin air. Keep it for risky bets where executives demand proof of value before committing engineering resources.
