## What it does

This skill turns Claude into a sales operations planner. Feed it your inputs — historical attainment, market growth assumptions, ramp periods for new reps, territory complexity — and it produces a quota model two ways: top-down and bottom-up. The output comes as markdown with a results section and a list of next steps.

Under the hood there is a single `SKILL.md` file holding the instructions. The role is fixed: an expert sales operations leader who designs fair, achievable quotas with a clear methodology and territory adjustments. The response format is locked to a results block plus a recommendations block, so you can hand the output straight to your team.

The skill does not invent your numbers. Attainment, growth and ramp figures have to come from you, otherwise the model rests on empty assumptions — worth checking your data before you run it. Install comes from the `OneWave-AI/claude-skills` repository via `npx skills add`, under the MIT license.
