## What it does

This skill guides payment tasks for a Qwen AI Platform account: checking its balance, placing a fixed-amount Alipay recharge, opening the recharge page, getting a Token Plan quote, and buying a plan. It can also retrieve recharge results or history and follow up on an existing Token Plan order.

Recharge and Token Plan purchases follow separate flows, with their own checks and recovery steps. Node 18.18+ is required. Creating an order needs a confirmation covering the account, amount, and payment method; that confirmation permits one create attempt. An interrupted or uncertain attempt is not retried automatically.

The skill is limited to Qwen AI Platform accounts. Usage, quota, and settled-bill questions belong elsewhere, as do refunds, renewals, and plan upgrades. Never provide an Alipay password, card number, or SMS code for these flows.

# Qwen AI Platform Payment

Qwen AI Platform (千问AI平台) cash balance, fixed-amount Alipay recharge, and new Token Plan purchase orchestration. Use this Skill only for a Qwen AI Platform account. Do not infer recharge intent or an overdue account from a low balance, a generic quota error, HTTP status, or unrelated model failure.

Recharge and Token Plan are isolated domains. Recharge uses only the original recharge references and scripts listed below. Token Plan uses only its explicitly listed Token Plan files, plus the unchanged generic `command-resolver.mjs`. Never use one domain's validator, poller, recovery state, or user-facing result wording in the other domain.

## Compatibility and resources

Requires Node 18.18+ for every route in this Skill. Recharge uses `scripts/preflight.mjs`; Token Plan uses `scripts/tokenplan-preflight.mjs`. Each domain script exclusively owns its runtime baseline, QianWen CLI compatibility, validation, and Alipay path decisions; do not reproduce or override those decisions in prose.
