## What it does

This skill injects software management workflows directly into prompt context. It provides clear reference structures for Scrum ceremonies, Kanban WIP limits, INVEST criteria for user stories, and acceptance criteria formatted in Given-When-Then syntax.

It also includes issue templates for GitHub, YAML schemas for GitHub Projects v2, and a Fibonacci estimation scale. The configuration applies an explicit context penalty against implementation code and API tasks. Because of this penalty, the assistant reserves project management guidance for planning discussions instead of active coding.
