## What it does

This skill guides a product strategy session through six phases over 2-4 weeks. It helps define target customers, frame their problems, test assumptions, and connect possible solutions to a product roadmap.

Early work uses a positioning workshop, proto-personas, and Jobs-to-be-Done. The next stage includes a problem-framing canvas and a structured problem statement for a PRD or roadmap. Context supplied when starting the skill is reused, so the agent can avoid asking the same questions again.

Bring a product or product line and a strategic question when possible. Executive backing matters here: without it, the agreements from the session may not hold.
