## What it does

The skill reads a corpus of reviews and writes a product report. It scores overall sentiment and its trend, filters out reviews that look inauthentic, then sorts complaints into categories with frequency and rating impact. Praise themes get their own section, and feature requests are pulled straight from how customers phrase them.

Three steps drive it: collection and sentiment scoring, pain point and feature analysis, then recommendations for product and marketing. The output is a report with tables — rating distribution, top complaints with example quotes, strengths, and a list of requested features with development effort.

It works on reviews you hand it; it does not fetch them itself. Feed it a thin or repetitive corpus and the frequency numbers behind each complaint get shaky, so for a small product this is a reason to gather more data first.
