## What it does

The skill walks a launch through four steps. It pulls the product, platform, current situation and goals out of your message, then asks one follow-up question in multiple-choice form — shorthand answers like "1b 2c 3a" are fine. From there it works through its own frameworks and returns a findings summary, prioritized action items and concrete next steps. Estimates built on incomplete data get flagged with ⚠️.

What you get: a pre-launch checklist covering listing, inventory, pricing and imagery, a 4–8 week launch timeline, introductory pricing with coupons and deals, a review generation plan that stays inside each platform's rules, a PPC ramp-up schedule and influencer seeding. Post-launch it revisits results on days 7, 14 and 30.

Supported platforms are Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce. Install runs through `npx skills add`, so you need Node.js with npx available. If you sell on a single platform and have no plans to branch out, the multi-channel sections will sit unused — that's a reason to look at a platform-specific skill instead.
