## What it does

The skill routes work between agents through the Repowire MCP server. It inspects connected systems via `list_machines` and fetches available workers with `list_agents`. Targeting relies exclusively on machine and peer IDs rather than speculative display names.

A dispatch happens via `ask_agent`, packing the scope, constraints, and required evidence into a single prompt. If no matching agent is running, the remote interface cannot spin one up on demand. The target environment must already have an active agent waiting.

Progress is tracked using saved `daemon_id` and `request_id` pairs with `get_reply`, pausing up to 20 seconds per call. If an agent network round-trip drops, it checks `list_requests` instead of repeating the request.
