## What it does

The skill gives an agent practical context for working with SalesPulse 360: its data model, DAX measures, report visuals, and refresh settings. It covers sales views by region, category, and time period, margin monitoring, 12-month sales forecasting, and localized currency and date formats.

Its guidance includes measures for total sales, margin, year-over-year growth, regional performance, and customer retention, plus threshold-based profit alerts. The dashboard uses Global Superstore or compatible retail transaction data. Power BI Desktop version 2.120 or higher is required, while team sharing needs a Power BI Pro or Premium license.

The skill also covers multi-region rollout and automated data refresh. The extracted CSV path must be set in Power BI data source settings, or the model will not apply correctly.
