## What it does

This skill guides the creation of an interactive Power BI dashboard from sales data. It covers regional comparisons, profit and margin measures, KPI views, trend-based sales forecasts, and alerts for weak performance. The framework also includes regional access rules, multilingual display support, and layouts intended for desktop and tablet use.

The setup uses Power Query M for data preparation and DAX for measures such as year-over-year growth, rolling sales, regional comparison, and margin flags. A Power BI Desktop installation at version 2.120 or later is required, along with the Global Superstore dataset or similar retail transactions. Publishing and scheduled refresh require a Power BI Service account. Without Power BI Desktop 2.120, the dashboard setup cannot run.
