## What it does

The skill reads your Overleaf project and sorts the material into cards: abstract, method, results, conclusion. Everything lands in a single `poster/index.html`. React comes from a CDN, so there is no build step and no server to run.

Inside the file you get `CARD_REGISTRY` for card content, `DEFAULT_LAYOUT` for the column structure, and `window.posterAPI` for scripted changes from the console or Playwright. Drag column dividers to resize, click two diamond handles to swap cards, use A- and A+ for font size. Hit Copy Config to export the layout as JSON and hand it back to the agent, which rewrites `DEFAULT_LAYOUT`.

Clone the skill repo and your Overleaf project side by side before you start — the paper has to sit in `overleaf/`. Reference PDFs in `references/` are optional and only steer the visual style. Claude asks for your project website URL at runtime. Printing goes through File → Print with margins set to None and background graphics on.
