## What it does

The skill structures AI product positioning around a market category, a specific differentiator, evidence, and the alternatives buyers consider. Before producing positioning or ICP materials, it prompts for details such as what the product does now, which customers have renewed or expanded, how it is priced, and who signs the contract. That makes actual customer and sales context part of the exercise.

For ICP work, the skill keeps account fit separate from buying intent. Its framework considers company attributes, technical readiness, behavior, and signals of active interest; collapsing fit and intent can hide whether an account is suitable but not ready to buy. It also covers messaging mistakes, including pitching the underlying model instead of the business outcome. The guidance calls for revisiting AI product positioning every 90 days, so older messaging needs another look.
