## What it does

This skill converts an established narrative canon into a slide outline. It maps the pitch across the classic progression from problem and shift to product-as-hero, proof, and the ask. Every slide receives exactly one narrative beat so the deck stays focused. Outputs go to the `memory/narrative/pitch-narrative-builder/` directory.

Validation matters here. The skill checks proof points against `claims-ledger.md` rather than inventing metrics. Whenever evidence lacks an approved claim identifier, the beat gets tagged as `[needs source]` and routes to `registry-events.py`. The tool never arbitrates claims on its own.

Slide visual design and talk tracks stay outside its scope. Operation depends on having an existing `canon.md` file in the workspace. Without that foundational canon, the skill refuses to generate the outline.
