## What it does

This skill guides coding assistants to produce valid Pine Script v6 code for TradingView. It injects knowledge about recent 2025 updates into the prompt. The agent learns flexible indentation inside parentheses alongside the strict requirement for non-multiple-of-4 spacing outside them. It also enforces user-defined types (UDTs) for complex data models before writing execution logic.

Dynamic boundary evaluation in `for` loops is a critical pitfall. Pine Script v6 recalculates the end boundary on every iteration. Expanding an array inside a standard loop triggers an infinite loop. The skill directs the model to pick `for...in` iterators or store boundaries in separate variables beforehand.

Function scope limits are handled explicitly. Pine Script forbids calling `plot()` inside local blocks such as conditionals or functions. The assistant solves this by shifting logic into single-line ternary operators or switching to `line.new()` and `label.new()` drawing primitives. The skill enables Read, Write, Edit, Glob, Grep, and Bash tools.
