## What it does

The skill audits external environments by contrasting an existing baseline against recent happenings. Rather than re-evaluating unchanged metrics, it isolates tangible movements like newly ratified rules, crossed statistical bounds, or confirmed tech transitions.

A baseline document is mandatory. If you arrive without an earlier assessment or shifted your product scope, the workflow halts and advises generating a complete baseline first. It asks at most two follow-up questions before searching.

The generated report highlights invalidated premises alongside newly emerging elements, feeding tangible adjustments into OKRs or planning roadmaps. Unchanged areas are flagged as stable rather than padded with guesswork.
