## What it does

The skill evaluates influencer campaigns beyond raw surface metrics. It compares reach, views, and interactions against benchmark targets. The tool ranks creators, platforms, and specific content formats under explicit criteria. Conversions get grouped by a declared attribution model, keeping promo codes and UTM clicks deduplicated.

No external API integrations are strictly required to start. You provide platform exports, screenshots of creator reports, or web analytics figures. When campaign content is on YouTube, an optional connector script `scripts/connectors/youtube.py` pulls view and comment numbers via API. Missing metrics do not halt the process. Instead of fabricating ratings, the skill marks gaps as `Unknown` or `NOT_SCORED`.

It handles engagement analysis rather than financial returns. It does not calculate dollar-level ROI. For direct revenue math, you must pass the results to `roi-calculator`. Verified campaigns generate a compact Campaign Retro Card with explicit learnings for subsequent planning.

```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/performance-analyzer/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/performance-analyzer/
### Codex
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill performance-analyzer -a codex
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
# Performance Analyzer
Analyze influencer campaign performance past surface metrics — score results vs target/benchmark, rank platforms/creators/content, read engagement quality and sentiment, attribute conversions, and write ranked learnings.
> **Cross-discipline (paid ads):** this is also the cross-channel **paid-ads** scorecard/anomaly lens — account-wide metric rollups vs target/benchmark that feed [ad-test-designer](../../../ad/orchestrate/ad-test-designer/SKILL.md) (what to test) and [paid-measurement-loop](../../../ad/scale/paid-measurement-loop/SKILL.md) (what to read back). Save paid runs under `memory/ad/performance-analyzer/`.
## Quick Start
```
Analyze performance of [campaign name] influencer campaign
```
Compare creators within one campaign:
```
Compare performance of these influencers from [campaign]: @handle1, @handle2, @handle3
```
