## What it does

The skill standardizes performance profiling across development sessions. Before collecting metrics, the agent inspects debug symbols and expects a clear benchmark scenario. Profiling without a concrete scenario violates the skill rules.

Results come back in a compact format. The report details the invoked command, the profiler name, specific hotspots formatted as `file:line`, and paths to captured artifacts like flame graphs or JFR snapshots. Canonical rules and contracts are drawn directly from `docs/perf-requirements.md`.

This stops guessing. Every performance bottleneck remains anchored to verifiable traces and symbol lines.
