## What it does

Five providers sit behind this skill. SePay covers Vietnamese banks, VND transfers and VietQR codes. Polar handles global SaaS subscriptions with automated benefit delivery. Stripe brings Checkout, Billing and Connect. Paddle and Creem.io act as merchant of record, so they take on tax and recurring billing; Creem.io also does device licensing.

Each provider gets its own reference set: auth, endpoints, checkout flows, subscriptions, webhooks, SDKs and production patterns. There is a separate file on unified orders and currency conversion across providers. Three scripts ship with it — `scripts/sepay-webhook-verify.js`, `scripts/polar-webhook-verify.js` and `scripts/checkout-helper.js` for signature checks and checkout session generation.

Rate limits shape the design. SePay allows 2 requests per second, Polar allows 300 per minute, so queue your webhooks and plan retries. If your customers are not in Vietnam, SePay is dead weight; compare Paddle and Creem.io on who absorbs tax instead.
