## What it does

This skill instructs the agent on how to call the `ouraclaw` command-line utility. The CLI prints raw JSON directly to stdout. The assistant reads sleep scores and bedtime intervals. It also pulls resting heart rate and heart rate variability metrics without extra wrappers.

Commands split into two paths. Running `ouraclaw score` fetches aggregate scores for last night or an explicit date window. Detailed sleep stages and timestamps require `ouraclaw sleep`. Specific attributes can be extracted via `jq` filters.

The tool depends on a local clone linked through Bun. Without running `ouraclaw auth` to store credentials in `.env`, the binary halts with a 401 error.
