## What it does

This skill turns the agent into an assistant for Oura Ring data. It talks to the Oura API and returns sleep, readiness, activity, stress, SpO2, heart rate and workouts. The scripts are Node: `setup.mjs` handles credentials, `auth.mjs` runs OAuth2, `dashboard.mjs` prints today's summary, `profile.mjs` covers account and ring details, and `query.mjs` pulls a date range or correlates two endpoints.

You need a `client_id` and `client_secret` from an Oura application before anything works. Register one at cloud.ouraring.com/oauth/applications with redirect URI `http://localhost:8910/callback`. Then `/oura setup` writes the keys to `~/.oura/config.json`, and `/oura auth` opens the browser and catches the code on `localhost:8910/callback`; tokens land in `~/.oura/tokens.json`. Skip that step and every data command fails, because the status check comes back with `"authenticated": false`.

The Oura API only serves roughly 60 days of history. Ask for more and the script caps the start date at 60 days and says so. Today-only questions go through the dashboard; anything spanning several days goes to `query.mjs` with an endpoint name and a date range.
