## What it does

The skill starts by gathering the process, its KPIs, target values, engagement type, and constraints such as budget, staffing, or timeline. It asks about missing details when they would change the plan; if asked to proceed immediately, it states its assumptions.

Its workflow covers process maturity, handoffs and dependencies, baseline metrics, and gaps against targets. Root causes can be explored with 5 Whys or a fishbone analysis, then improvements framed with DMAIC or PDCA. A proposed change includes a pilot scope and rollback criteria. Every KPI needs an owner and a dependable data source before analysis; otherwise, the diagnosis is guesswork.

The skill also provides a process-documentation template, capacity-planning formulas, and a vendor scorecard. The chosen task matters: capacity planning and vendor evaluation call for different frameworks.
