## What it does

The skill manages moving finished task folders from `spec/changes/` into timestamped archive directories under `spec/archive/`. It starts by checking for an `IMPLEMENTED` marker, verifying tasks in `tasks.md`, and checking `git status`. Unfinished work will stop the process.

Next, the agent processes requirement deltas sorted by `ADDED`, `MODIFIED`, and `REMOVED` sections. New requirements append to living specs under `spec/specs/`. Modified sections get overwritten completely, while removed entries receive deprecation date notes. Finally, the source folder moves into the archive and header structures are validated.
