## What it does

This skill manages live repository memory so coding assistants avoid cold starts on subsequent sessions. Instead of pasting full transcript logs, it extracts small read-first manifests and records reusable conclusions once a milestone wraps up. This prevents context rot.

The internal workflow centers on the `oc` CLI tool to inspect context folders and search keyword records. It sets strict boundaries against tool sprawl. Structural code relationship mapping gets handed off to `graphify`, while flattening a whole repository into one prompt belongs to tools such as Repomix or Gitingest.

Running this setup requires Bash execution privileges alongside standard file read access. Without an active `oc` workspace configured in the project, the agent will fail when retrieving historical context manifests.
