## What it does

This skill establishes strict policies for Git repositories and pull requests. It enforces Conventional Commits, blocks direct pushes to `main`, and mandates `--force-with-lease` over raw force-pushing. Merges cannot proceed until CI checks pass, commits are signed, and all review threads are marked resolved.

Under the hood, the skill supplies Bash automation. Scripts such as `pr-status.sh` inspect merge gates, `pr-merge.sh` handles signed fast-forward merges, and `pr-sweep.sh` automates bulk reviews. It also inspects repositories for hooks configured with `lefthook`, `husky`, `captainhook`, or `pre-commit`.

The built-in pull request automation targets GitHub GraphQL directly, which means `git` and `gh` CLI are required prerequisites. If you run GitLab, you must rely on manual `glab` commands documented in the reference files.
