## What it does

create-skill applies the RED-GREEN-REFACTOR cycle from TDD to skill documentation. A subagent first runs a pressure scenario without the instruction; the author then records the failure and adds targeted guidance.

It covers the structure of `SKILL.md`, including YAML `name` and `description` metadata plus Markdown instructions. Scripts, references, and assets can live in separate bundled files when the skill needs them.

You need to understand TDD before using it. That is a reason to learn the RED-GREEN-REFACTOR cycle first, because the checking method relies on it.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**

- File: `~/.claude/skills/create-skill/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/create-skill/

## When to use it
