## What it does

The skill fetches `install.sh` into a temporary directory, presents it for review, and runs the script only after explicit confirmation. Next, it links `axctl` to `~/.local/bin/ax`, adds ax skills to the coding agent, and executes `ax ingest --since=7`. That step ingests the last 7 days of agent transcripts into a local graph.

Storage runs on an embedded DuckDB file inside `~/.local/share/ax/`. No background daemon stays in memory. Cache queries automatically trigger a background refresh when stale. The skill then runs `ax doctor --json` to verify the setup and prompts you to categorize untagged tools with `ax skills classify`. If `$HOME/.local/bin` is missing from `PATH`, shell sessions will fail to locate `ax`.
