# narrative-enablement-kit

Turns an approved brand narrative into repeatable materials for spokespeople and teams. Use it when sales, support, founders, or partners need to tell the same story.

## What it does

The skill builds an enablement pack from an existing narrative: elevator-pitch versions for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, and 2 minutes; a spokesperson Q&A; company boilerplate and bios in 25-, 50-, and 100-word lengths; and a sheet of approved and disallowed wording.

It draws on the narrative canon, message house, brand voice, and approved-claims ledger. It does not approve claims; wording that lacks approval is marked `[needs source]`. A canon must already exist, so this skill cannot establish the brand’s core narrative for you. The kit is written to `memory/narrative/narrative-enablement-kit/`; it asks before adding pointers to `memory/open-loops.md`.

- File: `~/.claude/skills/narrative-enablement-kit/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/narrative-enablement-kit/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill narrative-enablement-kit -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**

```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
## When to use it
- create three lengths of a brand elevator pitch
- draft a spokesperson Q&A for difficult questions
- prepare consistent company boilerplate and bios
- list approved and disallowed brand language
## Example prompts
- Build an enablement kit for our product from the existing canon. Write for sales, support, and founders.
- Create 10-second, 30-second, and 2-minute pitch versions from the message house without adding claims.
- Draft a spokesperson Q&A about the product using only proof approved in the ledger.
