## What it does

The skill treats Seedance 2.0 as an instructional model. It listens to technical cinematography, physics directives and precise camera grammar, not to loose description. Nine modes are covered: text-to-video, image-to-video, video extension, first-last-frame interpolation, omni reference, character training, character sheet, video edit and watermark removal.

Prompts follow a six-component hierarchy: scene, subject, action, camera, audio, pacing and style. Order matters — composition comes first, texture and micro-motion last. Assets get tags like `@image1`, `@video1`, `@audio1`, and roles are assigned in plain phrases such as `@Image1 as the first frame`. For clips of 10 seconds or more the skill advises splitting the brief into timed segments with one action per segment.

Three tiers are available: `--tier chinese` as the default, `--tier global` and `--tier vip`. The `--quality` parameter applies to the Chinese tier only, and `--mode first-last` needs global or vip. Realistic human faces in uploaded images and videos are off limits outside character and omni-train modes. Extension (`--mode extend`) will not run without a `request_id` from an earlier `seedance-v2.0-t2v` or `seedance-v2.0-i2v` job, so keep those IDs around.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill muapi-seedance-2 -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/muapi-seedance-2/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/muapi-seedance-2/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill muapi-seedance-2 -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/muapi-seedance-2/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill muapi-seedance-2 -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/muapi-seedance-2/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills muapi-seedance-2
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/muapi-seedance-2/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill muapi-seedance-2 -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --path .opencode/skills/muapi-seedance-2
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/muapi-seedance-2/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill muapi-seedance-2 -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills/tree/HEAD/.opencode/skills/muapi-seedance-2/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- write a cinematic Seedance 2.0 prompt across six components
- animate one or several reference images
- continue an existing Seedance 2.0 clip without a break
- interpolate a smooth transition between a start and end frame
- train a persistent character for consistent identity across scenes

## Example prompts
- Generate a text-to-video clip: rain-soaked neon street, medium tracking shot, 35mm, slow dolly back over 6s, low ambient hum and a single piano note at 5s
- Do i2v from @image1 with the character as subject, camera movement from @video1, BGM from @audio1
- Build a first-last transition between @Image1 and @Image2 on the vip tier

# 🎬 Seedance 2.0 Cinema Expert

**The definitive skill for "Director-Level" AI video orchestration.**
Seedance 2.0 is not a descriptive model; it is an *instructional* model. It responds best to technical cinematography, physics directives, and precise camera grammar.

## Core Competencies

1. **Text-to-Video (t2v)**: Generate cinematic video from a Director Brief — Chinese, Global, or VIP tier.
2. **Image-to-Video (i2v)**: Animate 1–9 reference images — Chinese, Global (smart mode), or VIP tier.
3. **Video Extension (extend)**: Seamlessly continue an existing Seedance 2.0 video (Chinese tier).
4. **First & Last Frame (first-last)**: Interpolate a fluid video between a start image and end image (Global/VIP).
5. **Omni Reference (omni)**: Full multimodal reference with images + audio + character refs (all tiers).
6. **Omni Reference Training (omni-train)**: Train a custom persistent character for identity-consistent generation.
7. **Character Sheet (character)**: Build a reusable character from 1–3 images (Chinese tier).
8. **Video Edit (video-edit)**: Edit an existing video with a prompt + optional reference images (Chinese tier).
9. **Watermark Removal (watermark-remove)**: Strip Seedance 2.0 watermarks (basic or Pro).

## 🏷️ Tiers

| Tier | Flag | Censorship | Aspect Ratios | Duration | Quality param |
|:---|:---|:---|:---|:---|:---|
| **Chinese** (default) | `--tier chinese` | Low | 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4 | 5 / 10 / 15 s | Yes (basic/high) |
| **Global** | `--tier global` | Standard | + 21:9, 1:1 | Any 4–15 s | No |
| **VIP** | `--tier vip` | Low | + 21:9, 1:1 | Any 4–15 s | No |

Add `--fast` to any Global or VIP call to use the fast-queue variant (lower latency, same quality).
