## What it does

The skill runs in two phases. First it generates a base image of your subject in clean studio lighting (`muapi image generate`, model `nano-banana-pro`) and waits for your approval. That approved image then becomes the reference for every angle: bird's eye, fish-eye, low angle hero shot, Dutch angle, macro close-up and worm's eye view.

Each angle is a separate `muapi image edit` call on `nano-banana-2-edit`, with a prompt that explicitly holds face, clothing and textures consistent. When the set is done the agent shows you the gallery and can generate extra angles on request. Skip the reference image and phase A builds the base subject from your description alone.

You need `MUAPI_API_KEY` before the first run; if it is unset, the skill tells you to run `muapi auth configure`. For model IDs that have no CLI alias yet, it falls back to a raw endpoint call with `curl` and polls with `muapi predict wait <request_id>`.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill muapi-multi-angle-reshoot -a claude-code
```
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill multi-angle-reshoot -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/multi-angle-reshoot/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/multi-angle-reshoot/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill multi-angle-reshoot -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/multi-angle-reshoot/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill multi-angle-reshoot -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/multi-angle-reshoot/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills multi-angle-reshoot
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/multi-angle-reshoot/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill multi-angle-reshoot -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --path library/visual/multi-angle-reshoot
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/multi-angle-reshoot/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill multi-angle-reshoot -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills/tree/HEAD/library/visual/multi-angle-reshoot/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- get several angles of one character without losing the face
- shoot a low-angle hero shot for a cover
- add a fish-eye frame to an existing set
- capture a macro detail of a suit or prop
- build a top-and-bottom view gallery from one reference

## Example prompts
- Do a multi angle reshoot of a professional woman in a black suit holding a laptop
- Reshoot this photo in fish eye and low angle, keep the face and clothing
- Add worm's eye view and a macro on the eyes to the gallery

# Multi-Angle Reshoot

**Re-render a subject or scene from multiple dramatic camera angles, such as fish-eye, bird's-eye, low-angle, and macro, while maintaining consistent identity and detail.**

## Inputs

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
|:---|:---|:---|:---|:---|
| `subject_description` | text | yes | — | Description of the subject or scene (e.g. "a professional woman in a black suit holding a laptop"). |
| `reference_image` | image_url | no | — | Optional reference image to maintain consistency across angles. |

## Steps

### Phase A — Subject Establishment

If `{{reference_image}}` is not provided, submit the plan with ONE step to create the base subject:

1. **Subject Generation** — `muapi image generate` (model=`nano-banana-pro`):
   - Prompt: `A high-quality, professional photograph of {{subject_description}}. Clean studio lighting, sharp focus, realistic textures, cinematic quality.`
   - Aspect ratio: 3:4 or 1:1

Present the base image to the user for approval.

### Phase B — Multi-Angle Reshoot

Once the subject is established, submit the plan using `muapi image edit` (model=`nano-banana-2-edit`) to generate the requested angles. Use the approved image from Phase A as the reference for ALL steps.

1. **Bird's Eye View**
   - Reference: Base Image
   - Prompt: `A dramatic bird's eye view (from directly above) of the same subject. High-angle perspective, wide shot, looking down. Maintain exact clothing, face, and setting consistency.`
2. **Fish Eye Lens**
   - Reference: Base Image
   - Prompt: `A high-distortion fish-eye lens photograph of the same subject. Ultra-wide angle, curved edges, dramatic perspective, immersive feel. Maintain exact clothing and face consistency.`
3. **Low Angle (Hero Shot)**
   - Reference: Base Image
   - Prompt: `A low-angle "hero shot" looking up at the subject. Makes the subject appear powerful and dominant. Maintain exact clothing and face consistency.`
4. **Dutch Angle**
   - Reference: Base Image
   - Prompt: `A stylized Dutch angle (tilted horizon) photograph of the same subject. Cinematic, slightly uneasy or dramatic vibe. Maintain exact clothing and face consistency.`
```
