## What it does

The skill turns two photos into a finished awards scene. A host stands at the podium and speaks the name, the camera picks the winner out of the audience, they climb the stage, take the plaque, and the LED display lights up with their name and the words "THE BEST ACTOR". Duration is 15 seconds, aspect ratio `16:9`, resolution `720p`, and audio is generated along with the picture.

You supply two images: a clear photo of the winner and a photo of the host. The first becomes `@image_1`, the second `@image_2`, and the order matters because it sets that mapping. Faces are strict-locked to the reference, so a bad photo ruins the whole clip. The winner's name is passed as text and defaults to Olivia; it is spoken in the audio and rendered on the LED display, so check it before you run anything.

Generation goes through `muapi video from-image` on the `seedance-2-image-to-video-fast` model, with `bytedance-seedance-2-0-reference-to-video-fast` as a fallback. The prompt is laid out second by second: the announcement, the crowd reaction, the walk to the stage, the handover, and a final wide shot with no fade to black. If one of the photos is missing, the skill asks you to upload it and will not start.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

```
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill award-ceremony-video -a claude-code
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/award-ceremony-video/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/award-ceremony-video/
### Codex
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill award-ceremony-video -a codex
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/award-ceremony-video/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/
### Cursor
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add SamurAIGPT/Generative-Media-Skills --skill award-ceremony-video -a cursor
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/award-ceremony-video/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/
## When to use it
- build a short awards-ceremony clip from two photos
- show the winner being announced from the stage and the crowd reacting
- put the winner's name on the LED display inside the frame
- get a multi-angle edit with live ceremony sound
- produce an award handover video without a film crew
## Example prompts
- Generate an awards ceremony video: winner is photo1.jpg, host is host.jpg, name is Anna.
- Make a 15-second award handover clip from these two photos.
- Run the award ceremony video, winner name Olivia.
# Award Ceremony Video
**Generate a 15-second cinematic awards-ceremony video — a host announces a winner from the stage, a spotlight finds them in the crowd, they walk up to the podium, receive the award, and the LED display reveals their name and "THE BEST ACTOR".**
## Inputs
| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
|:---|:---|:---|:---|:---|
| `winner_image` | image_url | yes | — | A clear photo of the winner. Becomes `@image_1` — their identity is strict-locked across the video. |
| `host_image` | image_url | yes | — | A clear photo of the host. Becomes `@image_2` — sole presenter on stage at the podium. |
| `winner_name` | text | no | Olivia | The name announced by the host and shown on the LED stage display under "THE BEST ACTOR". |
## Steps
### Phase A — Confirm Inputs
If either `{{winner_image}}` or `{{host_image}}` is missing, ask the user to upload them. Confirm `{{winner_name}}` before generation — it appears spoken in the audio and rendered on the LED display.
### Phase B — Generate the Ceremony Video
Submit the plan with ONE step using the Seedance 2.0 image-to-video fast variant (multi-reference). Pass the images in this exact order — order maps to `@image_1` then `@image_2`:
1. **Award Ceremony Video** — `muapi video from-image` (model=`seedance-2-image-to-video-fast`, or fall back to raw endpoint `bytedance-seedance-2-0-reference-to-video-fast`):
   - Reference images (in order): `{{winner_image}}`, `{{host_image}}`
   - Aspect ratio: `16:9`
   - Duration: `15`
   - Resolution: `720p`
   - Generate audio: `true`
   - Prompt:
     ```
