It reads `/meta-ads/creative/WORKFLOW.md` in full and then runs that file as the active workflow. The path is normalized from the directory holding the wrapper: the canonical file sits at `/meta-ads/creative/WORKFLOW.md`, not at `/skills/meta-ads-creative/creative/SKILL.md`. Every relative reference inside the canonical file resolves against `/meta-ads/creative/`. Expect briefs for Meta campaigns, copy angles and asset concepts you can actually test. The skill covers Facebook and Instagram, UGC ideas included. It fires when you ask for Meta ad creative, Facebook ads copy, Instagram ad assets, UGC concepts, a creative brief or a creative refresh. If the canonical file can't be read, the skill stops and reports a packaging error. It won't fall back to a similarly named skill from another plugin, so a broken plugin layout is the failure mode to watch.
